香港與海外,一步一步同行Hong Kong and overseas, one step at a time

18同行的根在香港。未來幾年,我們會一邊擴大對香港基層學童的支援,一邊把在岡比亞驗證的教育模式帶到更多有需要的國家。兩邊的工作互相支持:香港的捐贈、義工及企業資源走到海外;海外的經驗,亦讓香港的孩子看見更大的世界。GreenFeet18 is rooted in Hong Kong. Over the next few years we will widen our support for children from low-income families here, while taking the education model we are proving in The Gambia to more countries that need it. The two strands feed each other: Hong Kong's donations, volunteers and companies reach overseas, and what we learn abroad shows Hong Kong's children a bigger world.

香港Hong Kong

1. 持續進行Ongoing 擴大全額助養More children sponsored

   網上申請已經開放,家長、社工及老師均可轉介。我們會按資源逐步接收更多劏房及基層家庭的學童,由小學一直支持至成才。Online applications are open to parents, social workers and teachers. As resources allow, we will take on more children from subdivided flats and low-income homes, and stay with them from primary school onwards.

2. 已經開始Under way 電子循環助學計劃E-Cycle for Learning

   收集市民及企業閒置的電腦、平板及電話,檢查翻新後送到沒有裝置的學童手上,讓他們可以做功課、上網課及學習 AI,同時減少電子垃圾。Idle laptops, tablets and phones from the public and companies are checked, refurbished and given to children with no device at home, for homework, online classes and learning AI — and less e-waste.

3. 招募中Recruiting 同行者說心態短片Fellow Travellers films

   邀請各行各業的人分享走過難關的真實經歷,第一個系列「給十二歲的你」正在招募。短片會給香港及岡比亞的孩子觀看。People from every walk of life share how they got through a hard time. The first series, To You at Twelve, is recruiting now; the films reach children in Hong Kong and The Gambia.

4. 定期舉辦Regular 親子義工活動Family volunteering days

   透過親子海岸清潔等活動,讓更多家庭一起學習、一起服務社會;活動盈餘撥作助養香港基層兒童及岡比亞兒童教育。Through activities such as family beach clean-ups, more families learn and serve together; the surplus goes to sponsoring children in Hong Kong and education in The Gambia.

5. 持續推動Growing 學校課程及企業合作Schools and companies

   為中小學提供 AI 及數碼課程,並與企業合作舉辦員工共學活動,把課程收入及企業資源投放回助養計劃。AI and digital courses for schools, and learning days with companies, with the income and resources going back into sponsorship.

6. 長遠目標Long term 受助學童成為下一個同行者Today's children, tomorrow's helpers

   我們希望今日受助的孩子,將來回來擔任義工或導師,把得到的幫助傳給下一個孩子 —— 這才是「同行」的意思。We hope the children we support today come back as volunteers and tutors, passing the help on to the next child. That is what walking together means.

海外Overseas

目標不是複製一所學校,而是讓更多地方有能力自行延續教學。每到一個新地方,我們都堅守三項原則:尊重在地文化、回應實際需要、建立長期伙伴關係。The aim is not to copy one school, but to leave more places able to teach for themselves. Wherever we go, we respect the local culture, answer the real need and build partnerships that last.

1. 已展開Underway 岡比亞 · 2025 年起The Gambia, since 2025

   建立 AI 教育學校及教育中心,首階段 40 名學生參與,已有學生運用所學技能賺取第一筆收入 —— 雖然仍屬個別例子,但已是一個好開始。同步關注當地食水等生活條件。An AI education school and learning centre. Forty students in the first phase. One has already earned money using what he learned — still a single case, but a real one. We work on living conditions, including clean water, alongside the teaching.

2. 籌款中Seeking funding 第二個國家A second country

   把岡比亞的課程、教材及營運經驗,帶到另一個有需要的國家。選址原則:有可信賴的在地合作夥伴、社會相對穩定、當地社群真正需要。這一步正等待資助。Taking the curriculum, materials and operating experience to another country in need. We choose on three grounds: a trustworthy local partner, reasonable stability, and a community that genuinely wants it. This step is waiting on funding.

3. 長遠目標Long term 多國網絡及自主運作的教育中心A multi-country network of locally run centres

   最終目標不在於我們在多少個國家設有分部,而在於有多少個社區在我們離開後仍能延續教學。The measure of success is not how many countries we operate in, but how many communities keep teaching after we leave.
